Zack and Nancy Tappan own and operate Sasquatch Alaska Adventure Co. We live year round here in Homer Alaska, the ultimate gateway to remote wilderness adventures. We spend as much time as possible outdoors in Alaska. We have two wonderful little boys, Charly and Jake.
Nancy Tappan-Eigenheer is from Geneva, Switzerland and fell in love with Alaska while traveling through the state in 1998. She returned to take up permanent residence in 2001.
Nancy learned to fly in Switzerland in 1993 and flew privately there before moving to Alaska. She has been flying commercially in Alaska since 2010. After working as bush pilot for a few years in Western Alaska she has moved on to pilot the commuter airplanes between Anchorage and Homer.
Zack Tappan, originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico came up to Alaska in 1997 and never moved back. He now has logged over 10,000 hours flying in Alaska and has been flying commercially for over 14 years. This year will be his 10th season flying and guiding wilderness bear viewing tours.
Charly and Jake Run everything when they are not hanging around on and in the airplanes.
